Late Pre-registration

The regular Pre-registration is over!
The deadline for the REACH Pre-Registration for substances on their own or substances included in preparations or substances in articles that are meant to be released was on December 1st, 2008. Chemicals that have not been pre-registered by that time are not allowed to be marketed in EU any more until the full Reach registration dossier has been completed and submitted.
