Third Party Representative Service

We offer third party representatives services according to Article 4 of REACH regulation. Appointing a representative makes sense in cases, where the identity of a manufacturer or importer or downstream user shall not be disclosed to other manufacturers, importers, or, if relevant, downstream users. The advantage can be i.e. that a certain usage of a downstream user will be undisclosed to the supplier.
