Only Representative of non-EU/EEA companies for product notification of hazardous mixtures (with assigned health and physical hazards) to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA, via Poison Centre Notification Portal), PCN notification

At REACh ChemConsult GmbH, we offer the Only Representative Service for non EU/EEA companies and perform the PCN notification on their behalf without disclosing the composition of the mixtures to their clients.

If non EU companies/ non EEA companies want to sell their products, that are considered dangerous with regard to human health or are classified into physical hazards, in the EU/ EEA, the importer needs to perform the poison centre notification for these mixtures. In order to do so, the complete composition must be disclosed to the importer in order for him to make the submission to ECHA. If you do not want to disclose such confidential information to your importer, you can appoint our company as Only Representative in the EU and we perform the notification (PCN) for you. We will create the necessary UFI Code for your products and keep the information on the composition confidential.

Important: Mixtures for industrial uses must be notified until the 1. of January 2024!
