We prepare your safety data sheets (SDS) for EU and worldwide.
We provide Safety Data Sheets according to the REACH and CLP regulation for all European Union countries and EEA countries and worldwide for countries like China, USA, Russia, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Australia. We prepare SDSs for the EU in accordance with the ECHA guidance on the compilation of safety data sheets. Since 1 January 2021, the safety data sheet must comply with the requirements of the amending Regulation (EU) 2020/878 of the Commission of 18 June 2020 in the EU/EEA. New is for example, that information on nanoforms is required and the UFI code for mixtures classified as hazardous.
The safety data sheet shall include the following content:
- Identification of the substance/mixture and of the company/undertaking
- Uses of the substance or mixture
- Emergency telephone number
- Hazards identification (Classification of the substance or mixture according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and label elements)
- Composition/information on ingredients
- Information on first aid measures
- Firefighting measures
- Accidental release measures
- Advice on handling and storage
- Precautions for safe handling
- Exposure controls/personal protection (applicable occupational exposure limits and necessary risk management measures)
- Physical and chemical properties
- Toxicological information
- Ecological information
- Disposal considerations
- Transport information
- other regulatory information on the substance or mixture that is not already provided in the safety data sheet
- Annex with exposure scenarios (Only applies to substances if it was necessary as part of the chemical safety assessment as part of the REACH registration, for substances classified as hazardous > 10 t/a.)
