CLP/ GHS Service

GHS, the Globally Harmonized System was set up by regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 in the EU. The regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC (dangerous substance directive) and 1999/45/EC (preparation directive), and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) came into force on 20th January 2009. To support companies getting ready with the new system, we have developed an easy to use GHS converter tool to translate substances classification from old to the new system.
