We perform the Ukrainian CLP notification of the classification and labelling of substances to MEPR

As consultants, we carry out the UA-CLP notification for the classification and labelling of substances in Ukraine.

Manufacturers, importers and other market participants who supply hazardous chemical substances to the Ukrainian market are obliged to submit a notification of hazard classification and labelling. This obligation applies regardless of the annual quantity of the substance.

Deadlines for the UA-CLP notification of classification and labelling of substances:

For substances that were on the Ukrainian market before 15 November 2024:

The notification must be submitted by 15 November 2025 at the latest.

For substances made available on the market for the first time after 15 November 2024

The notification must be submitted within 30 days of the first placing on the market.

Competent authority

The notification should be sent to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine (MEPR).
